Fan is probably plastic but its thick and doesn't look cheap.  Design cut in handle area is nice design.
Fan part is some heavy paper or textile, again not thin or flimsy.
Fan is 5" long
New In Bag - Only taken out to photograph and put right back in bag.

I ship Tuesdays and Fridays.
Payment is due within THREE (3) days of auction end.
Buyer pays like shipping for ANY return.
Measurements are taken flat and as carefully as possible, however they should always be considered approximate.
