: as soon as your parcel has been packaged and shipped out from our warehouse via selected courier, the parcel is out of our hands. Insurance can be purchased extra and is the responsibility of the buyer to request protection for their parcel.
In the instance for issuance of a refund, the buyer has up to 30 days after purchasing their item to report any return to us in order to qualify for a refund. Any returns made to us must be in unused and in the exact same condition as was shipped to the buyer.
