Here is a very nice Walden G630CE Natura. I have yet to read a bad review on Walden guitars, some say they are equal to guitars 2 or 3 times the price point. I agree. I have 2 of them. But I'm not really a gigging musician, so I don't really "need" 2... So in a moment of perhaps misguided sensibility, I'm selling this one. Walden stopped making guitars for a while, but they're back, probably due to popular demand. This is an older one. You can find detailed specs online, but here's the basics. It's a grand auditorium shape. The top is Western Red Cedar. Back and sides are Rosewood. The neck is Mahogany with a Rosewood fretboard. The bridge is also Rosewood. It has Fossilite (synthetic bone) nut and saddle. Abalone rosette. And Nitro Lacquer finish. And, as you can see, binding all around. Under-saddle piezo. All good stuff. The neck is a treat on this one. Perfectly straight, and no wear on the frets. Very low action, especially for an acoustic. No buzzing, no dead spots. Even response all the way up the register. Good intonation, too. It has a dual action truss-rod, an also has 2 reinforcing sort of beams. Earlier ones had these made of carbon fiber, some later ones are fiberglass. I don't know for sure which these are, but I can tell you I've never had to adjust the truss rod. It's a small "C" shape... what electric guitarists like to call a "fast" neck. So if you're primarily an electric guitarist, you might like that. Or if you have small hands, or are just a newbie... it plays very easily.
A few things come together to make this guitar a little unique. First off, it has chrome hardware. Don't know if that was special order, these came with gold, usually. The tuners are stock, so far as I can tell... same as my other Walden. Never felt a need to change them, they work well. The jack/strap button is also chrome, as is the strap button at the base of the neck, which might have been added later... these didn't come with one stock. Also, this has the Fishman Classis 4 Piezo preamp. I think later ones came with a B-Band. And lastly... in the later years of the original company, they started using some sort of bolt-on-and-glue neck joint (nothing wrong with that, I read Taylor does that) This one is dovetail.
So to the condition. This is great. There are the usual light pick marks, none of which are bad. If you know how to, they might just polish out. There are a few very small nicks, like the previous owner might have used a thumb pick and tapped it too hard a few times. None of this stuff would come out in the pics. Very slight. Also, there is a little ding on the bridge (not the saddle) where someone might have got a bit aggressive trying to pull the bridge pin on the low E. None of these marks are very serious, but I try to disclose as much as I can so you'll know, even if you can't see it in the pics.
So there you have it. An excellent guitar, especially for this money.
And, please... this is not a "buy-to-try" thing. I've described it as well as I can. If this isn't something you want, please don't buy it.
And shipping is to CONUS only. (Or you can pick it up if you're local.) Thanks.
