Vtg. Tip-Top Bread Cardboard Advertising Fan Could Display W/1947 Baseball Cards

For sale is a cardboard fan that advertises Tip-Top bread. It features wonderful graphics and measures 13 by 9 1/4 inches. It probably dates to the 1940s or '50s and would be a wonderful addition to any collection of vintage advertising. It would also complement a collection of vintage baseball cards. In 1947, Tip Top produced a set of 163 cards of players. The card fronts feature black-and-white photos of the players, many of whom played during the talent-lean World War II seasons. The card backs feature an illustration of a loaf of bread that is identical to theimage on the back of this fan. The fan is in very good condition, with several creases and surface wear.
