Vtg Advertising Handheld Tri Folding Cardboard Fans from Vaals General Store, St. Meinrad, Ind.  Fan shows  wear to edges, corners, some staining on back, torn area on circular part.  Some loss of color and loss of top ply of paper. There be some small creases. The small "handles" on one side is missing so have to manually pull the right fan by hand to create a 3 part fan.
