The sweet front is a young girl in a flower garden pushing a toy wheel barrow with 2 kittens inside.

The fan measures 11" x 7 3/4". It is in very good condition but there is some edge  and corner wear.
There is a short vertical crease in the upper right hand side. There are no holes, tears etc
