Vintage Real Photo A Portion of Dobbin West Virginia Postcard (number 1853)

I am selling this 1853 A Portion of Dobbin W. VA postcard  "as found" from a sale.  It was in a b
ox of papers I bought.
Please review all pictures closely.  (Pictures are part of this item's description).  I am not really sure what collectors look for so please make sure to ask questions. It has been postmarked but I can't read all of it but what I can read is Dobbin Aug.  It was written on August 20, 1912 so I am assuming it was mailed in the next couple days.  To me there is a little light staining on the back and it appears to have darkened with age. There is wear to the edges and corners with a little paper separation starting on some of the corners and a little bend in the corners.
