Vintage hand tooled miniature saddle w/ornate carved silver trim conchos LAMP

Vintage miniature saddle mounted on a lamp.  I've collected a lot of western memorabilia through the years and have never seen anything like it.  The saddle itself measures approximately 8" x 4 1/2".  It is hand-tooled and hand-dyed, with buckstitching around the cantle.  There are engraved silver trim pieces ALL over it!  It is missing a few pieces, one on the skirt of the saddle and a few on the tapaderos.  The horn is loose and could use some glue and there are a few very small tears at the base of the fender near the tapaderos.  This piece is not perfect, but it is pretty amazing!  The lamp itself does work (bulb not included), the wood base has been repaired (see pic).
* I am uncertain as to how to address shipping.  Because of the size of the lamp (shipping box dimensions) , shipping could exceed .  I'm guessing interest is more in the saddle itself, rather than the lamp.  With buyer's permission, I could cut off the lamp stem and mail just the saddle on the wood stand.  This would cut shipping costs in half.  I will wait and visit with the buyer after the auction has ended.  Please send me a message if you have any questions. I believe I can remove the saddle from the lamp and stand altogether, if desired by the buyer.  Shipping should then be about .  Please do not pay for this item until you have had a chance to visit with me as to how you would like me to proceed with the saddle & stand & lamp.   I will then send you an amended invoice with the updated shipping costs.  Thank you!
