Vintage hand tooled cowboy cuffs

Vintage hand tooled cowboy cuffs. Don't know how old these are. I have collected Cowboy, Native American and equine antiques, collectibles etc. most of my life--I stopped collecting and started enjoying all my items kept in display cabinets all over my home when I retired 20 years ago. It looks as though they were worn at some point [not since I have had them] as they have a few stains and looks like they were worn at different buckle lengths. It looks like at some point they were stored on their sides and as a result, there is a crack under the central tooled flower [shown in picture] Other than that, they are in great shape. The buckle straps and leather lacing are all intact. There are tooled flowers in five places where the other tooling comes together [also shown in picture].
