Vintage Carved Green Jade? Stone inuit Barong Garuda Face Statue Asian Buddhist

Vintage carved green (maybe Jade) stone Inuit or Barong or Garuda face statue, thick carved disc on a stone base, measures approx. 7" tall, very heavy, I can't find any similar online, signed with a triangle on back, very good vintage condition.
