Obscure company - I can't find a single bit of info on them. Showing very few signs of age, wear, toning or handling. Lays flat. Appears to be a wallpaper sort of material (rather than litho or any other printing) over cardboard. Firmly glued to wood handle. Dry and in very good condition. At it's widest points, it measures 9 3/4" h x 5 5/8" w
