spelter. Steer is obviously not too thrilled.

Very good condition
with
sparkly
copper plating
.
Typical age related wear & discoloration with typical mold flaws & seams. Original felt is missing from the bottom, and it looks like someone may have removed it to make a few test scratches underneath to see if this was solid copper. (It is copper plated pot metal).
No chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs.
