Vintage 1940s Composition 9" Sitting Doll from Mexico Needs TLC

Description

Vintage 1940s Composition 9" Sitting Doll from Mexico Needs TLC. This lovely doll is dressed in red embroidered sombrero, red skirt with gold embroidery, red painted shoes, white blouse, and is wearing a necklace of beads. Her beautifully hand-painted face has a lovely complexion with rosy cheeks, dark eyes, and red lips. Her hair is black and tied with red ribbons. Swival head, jointed arms and legs. The back of her skirt at the seam (see photo) has come unstiched but could be easily repaired. There is a small scuff on the right shoe. She has been displayed in a smoke-free environment and never played with. Great for her age!
