Refurbished by Seller. Comes in non-original packaging.  This Light Source is in very good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing significant that would affect the functionality.  We replaced the bulb with a NEW SOS EKE/FA bulb.  The box for that bulb is shown in the photograph.
Notes:
We replaced the bulb with a NEW SOS EKE/FA bulb, powered up the Light Source, and observed it functioning as designed.  No additional testing was performed.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
