I used a cord from another device and turned it on and numbers (000 and 001) came on the display as you can see in the last two pics. Other than that I've never used it or tested it. I'm selling it as untested and to be on the safe side for parts or not working. It has scratches, blemishes, flaws, imperfections, etc. It's dirty and could use a good cleaning.
