SHIPPING
We can ship anywhere in the world. Excellent Endoscopy repairs and products are shipped via Fedex unless otherwise specified.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping instructions, shipping charges, duties and custom’s charges in their own country.  Excellent Endoscopy is not responsible for any duties or custom’s charges.
RETURNS
Requests for return of merchandise must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of purchase.  Equipment must be unused and the condition of the equipment will be determined at the discretion of Excellent Endoscopy.  The equipment must be shipped prepaid within one week after acknowledgement from Excellent Endoscopy.
