merican-Parisian cabaret in the Montmarte section in
Paris France from c1920.  Artist name is
"P. Mourgue
" .. maybe Pierre.
Fan has fabulous detailed illustration of the interior of "Le Grand Teddy", with well dressed patrons sitting at tables, musicians playing, waiters working and one waiter hoisting a dancer.
The fan has double paper and white sticks.  The back is white.
Le Grand Teddy  'Teddy' was the nickname for the American President Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919)  and the cabaret may have been named after him.
VG+ a little crinkle at top; small paper separation
