Ovation 1717 Legend Acoustic Electric Guitar 1989-1990 w/ Hard Case. This guitar sounds and plays insanely well! I just put brand new strings on it and cleaned up/conditioned the fretboard. This guitar is in good condition for being a 30 year old guitar and it has a well developed beautiful tone. Beautiful wood top with nice inlay patterns. The electronics were just cleaned and they work great! Truly a remarkable tone and this guitar has nice low action. Externally it has scratches, 2 very small indentions on the right side of the guitar, and two indentions on the back of the headstock. These are just cosmetic and don’t affect anything. Also, the binding just along the edge/sides of the fretboard has some really small cracks in it from age. This is just along the fretboard, not in the wood, no where else, and it’s just because of age. It’s just cosmetic and doesn’t affect anything. Also included is a very nice ovation hard case. This guitar does have fret wear but every fret plays good without buzzing. Overall this guitar is a very nice playing and sounding guitar, that’s in good condition for being 30 years old.
