This device is in good cosmetic condition with some normal wear from previous use in the form of some paint wear or discoloration and a few small scratches. Nothing significant or that would affect fucntion of the device. Powers on and runs quietly. When the single button is depressed it blinks to signify the signsl sent. It appears all is functioning as designed. No further testing could be done. rubber feet and power cord are good.
