Larrivee D-03-BHE Moon Spruce and Bhilwara Rosewood Dreadnaught with LR Baggs

Here is a special Larrivee, with with an Austrian Moon Spruce top and Bhilwara Rosewood back and sides and includes LR Baggs Element Active VTC electronics. At the 2019 NAMM show Larrivee had a special on D-03 and OM-03 Bhilwara guitars. Response was tremendous based solely on the rich tones these guitars produced. The Bhilwara back & sides and Moon Spruce top coupled with Larrivee's Moon Spruce bracing created a guitar with some of the richest tones ever. They sold out so quickly that Larrivee decided to add them to their lineup. The first of these models are just starting to arrive.
Bhilwara is a Rosewood from India that is sonically comparable to Monkey Pod.
This guitar sounds great, like a nice blend between Indian Rosewood and Mahogany.
Built to the exact standards you would find on Larrivee’s much higher series, the 03 is built in America using all solid wood and features our hand-fit dovetail neck joint for superior fit and sustain. This series truly stands out as an industry leader for price and quality. Maple bound trim, herringbone purfling, rosette and satin finish are standard features on 03 Series.
