The lighting sculpture called "AKARI" was created in 1952 out of Isamu Noguchi's encounter with Gifu lanterns, a traditional industry in Gifu Prefecture. Isamu Noguchi's works are also included in the MoMA Collection.
Accessory: LED bulb 40 W equivalent x 1, cord 2 m
Maintenance: Clean with a soft brush or scissors. Be careful not to get it wet.
