Cosmetic condition as pictured and described below.  Please study the pictures as they will reflect the condition better than I can describe.
CONTENTS OF THIS SALE:

INSPECTION OF SALE CONTENTS:
LENS IS CLOUDY, SOLD AS IS.  AC power supply was plugged in and this unit was powered on. The light illuminated as pictured. Spot size adjustment works as pictured. Both ratchet adjustments on the headset work. Lamp life is unknown and unwarranted.
Cosmetic signs of previous use such as pictured. The lens has clouding/stains and the lens bezel has some damage as pictured.  Please study pictures as they will reflect the cosmetic condition better than I can describe.
