Hand Crafted Mahogany Hollow Body Tenor Cigar Box Guitar CBG

USA buyers only. NO EXCEPTIONS. I build these guitars in my shop. I’ve been building instruments since 1988. I had fun designing, building and decorating this one. Hollow solid mahogany body. Back and sides are from an old mahogany box, with mortise and tenon joints. Top is from a nice piece of mahogany I I had in the shop. I hand carved the oak neck and added a stained oak fretboard and brass screw fret markers. Headstock overlay looks like rosewood, but I’m not sure. Another piece of wood I’ve had for years. Hand carved genuine bone nut. Aluminum tailpiece. Plated corner trim pieces. I’m not sure what the “resonator” was in its prior life, but it looks and sounds cool. Scale is 22”. Body is 9.5”wide by 12.5” long. Total length of guitar is 31.5”. No pickup. Guitar plays and sounds great!
