Here's The Run Down:
This is a
Gibson G-45 Studio Acoustic Electric Guitar
that was only strummed a hand full of times!  There are no flaws to note other than possibly a few light pick scratches on the guard.
I would rate it an easy 9.5/10

.  I tried to take really good pics, so you can judge for yourself.  There is
NO
fret wear to speak of and
NO
buckle rash what so ever.  There are
NO
changes, breaks, repairs, or damage. The back of the neck and head stock are in perfect condition. The original Fishman Pickup is in perfect working order and sounds great!  If your looking for a great playing, sounding and cosmetically beautiful Gibson at the right price, this would make a cool addition to the herd!

This
Gibson G-45 sounds and plays EXCELLENT+
!  Although I think its set up great, everyone has their own preferences. If your not happy with its set up, it will be your responsibility and cost to have it set up to your liking.. The neck is straight and the truss rod operates as it should. All electronics are original and perfect!
The current playable string height is 3/32" at the 12th fret with no issues!
The
Original Brown Gibson Hard Case
is also in great condition. All latches and hinges operate as they should without issue. It may have some marks and scuffs from moving it around, but still in excellent++ condition.
Everything operates as it should, and has never had, nor does it have any breaks or repairs unless noted above.
