c.1905 Uchiwa Ad Fan for Henry Siegel Co. Boston

Description

A fun ad fan of the time - I especially like "The only absolutely fire proof department store in New England".  The store is no longer in business.  The bamboo rib support of the paper leaf is the Japanese Uchiwa fan fabrication.  The date was determined by the address and the style of the cars in the etching.  The leaf is 9-7/8" W x 10-1/4" H and the total fan with the bamboo stick is 15-3/4" high.
