Applause by Kaman Music AE-38 Acoustic Electric Roundback Guitar.
Tested and the electronics are working.  Has a nice sound, especially when plugged in. The pickup for this guitar is under the saddle. Frets are in good shape, bridge is solidly attached. The top is in good shape, without the cracks that these composite back guitars often end up with, and it has stayed flat, not bellied. In player grade condition with some scuffs and scratches. There is a finish crack on the back of the neck (see last photo). The action when it gets up to around the 12th fret and beyond is higher than normal, it plays pretty well on the lower frets, where the action is more manageable. There isn't much if any room to lower the saddle further, so I'm not sure if the action can be lowered without a neck reset. As is it plays and sounds good for open chords, and up through the 10th fret or so, and it makes a pretty good slide guitar too.
