  • Condition: This is an antique Western saddle. It is maker stamped on the front of the seat, but I can't make out the name.This saddle sells AS-IS. The letters WOD are on the cantle. The swells are the extra wide "freak" type. The tree, including the cantle, is solid. A layer of new. synthetic fleece has been placed over the old fleece. The back of the left swell has a damaged spot. The fenders, stirrup leathers, strings and rosettes, and cantle binding have been replaced, and there are two patches on the lower front skirts.     For sale is  an Antique wide swell Western saddle - also
    referred as a "Freak Fork." It probably dates to the early 1900's
