    Description

    This fan is advertising the Harleysville Mutual Casualty Company of Harleysville, PA, which went by this name from 1933 to 1956, so I assume this is from the late 1930s or early 1940s based on the pictures.
    Fans like these were often provided to churches to help the congregation stay cool.
    It is made of a light weight cardboard with a wooden handle.
    It measures 11 ½ " x 7 ¾ ".
    It has some stains on the back and scratches on the front as you can see in the photos.  It also has some bent areas.
