    ANTIQUE WESTERN HORSE HANE TACK
    Wonderful antique primitive curved wood horse hane measuring about 27-1/2" in length. Featuring a graceful shape, it is clad in sturdy cast iron, complete with buckle bracket on one end and iron ball on the tip -- mounted with brackets for threading leather straps, and three ring connectors.
    Condition is very nice with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, or damage -- metal has a wonderful age-related patina and wood is smooth from years of handling wih lots of minor usage marks. I've had this hanging on our front porch to hold a variety of keys, dog leashes, etc. It is functional, primitive and the perfect accessory for any country home!
