The
revolver in the photos is not part of the listing or for sale
At offer is an Antique Mexican Piteado Belt & Holster that is most probably from the Mexican Revolution and dates from the early 1900's.  The Gun in the photos is a Colt Single Action 4 5/8" barrel that fits tightly and the holster may have also fit a Colt 1899 New Army or Navy Revolver.  But I do not know what it was made for.  It is missing the thumb strap and as can be seen in the photos, the cartridge loops have been changed from what looks to have been 45 cal to 22 cal. over the years.  The red threads on the loops were not part of the original belt.   The belt shows obvious wear but the holster is in very nice condition.
