Glidden’s 2-Point on single heavy twisted diamond line
Authentic vintage wire fencing
This wire features a Joseph F. Glidden patent, dated February 18, 1876. This wire is called "Glidden's Two Point Barb on Heavy Single Twisted Diamond Shaped Line" by collectors. (ref. Hagemeier 43-B). This wire features a single line wire which is diamond shaped in cross section, and is twisted. Barbs are two pointed made from round wire wrapped twice around the line wire.

Wire is sold by the foot. Minimum of 10 feet initial length.

Shipping is estimated based on the weight of a roughly 10+ foot long piece in a cardboard box. The box probably weighs more than the wire, but I don’t know how else to ship it that would be more economical. So the more wire you buy the better deal you’re going to get for your shipping cost.
