Our Rigid lab was using these Green Spots to repair endoscopes until they updated to newer equipment.  This one comes with extras, including an additional light cable, fuses, and what appears to be a new spare bulb.
Note: The automatic timer on this unit is not working.  The unit works only when switched to manual shutter mode.  When the pedal is depressed, the light comes out.  When you take your foot off the pedal, the shutter engages.
