AMAZING VINTAGE HERMANN H. HEISER BRASS-STUDDED COWBOY WRIST CUFFS
An early and impressive pair, stamped with the triple”HHH”trademark and rope basket weave
borders. On the “Vintage Gun Leather” website they show this trademark being used
on saddles from approx.1878 until the 1890’s (see photo), so I would date them late 19th century to early 20th century. All the brass studs are there and they exhibit a beautiful, nicely worn patina.
The side laces are a later addition but still show usage. The cuffs measure approx. 6” tall and
4-1/2”at their widest point. General wear and scratches commensurate with age and use.
Truly a must for any serious western collection.
