The temperature range of the product is 30-85℃/86-185℉, but the actual temperature may have an error of about ±10℃/50℉. The melting point of chocolate is low, so it is better to melt it below 60℃/140℉.
The use time depends mainly on the flow of the chocolate. If the flow is poor, the use time needs to be shortened.
