Nice early delluloid doll which is mostly clean.   She has padded satiny purple clothing which seems like she could be used as a doll decoration or maybe a pincushion.  Marked JAPAN on the back of her neck.
Measures approx 8" high.
There is glue remains on the front of her head.  So she was likely wearing a flapper hat or other millinery item.
She stands on a seashell which is broken as shown. and carries a seashell which I think is supposed to be a purse.
Her arms move.
