Rounded column candle holder with hammered base in Arts and Craft Movement Style.  Measures  5 1/2"high x 3 3/4"wide.  Marked with "1881, (R with wreath) Rogers (R with wreath) mark, EPNS, 5626".  Made between 1910 and 1929.  Excellent condition.
